Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a part-time position at a private school. This role involves working 2-3 days per week in a supportive and engaging environment, providing high-quality speech and language services to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy to students, addressing a range of speech and language disorders, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress.
  • Document and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed, and participate in meetings to contribute to the development of student goals and plans.
  • Provide training and resources to staff and families to support communication development and ensure a cohesive approach to student care.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • OhioSLP Licensure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
