Position Summary
As a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist at Talking Tadpoles, you will engage in a rewarding clinical role, collaborating with a team that prioritizes empathy and teamwork. You will have the chance to work closely with children, developing tailored treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and diagnose communication disorders in children.
- Provide effective treatment for speech and language disorders in children aged 1 to 18 years.
- Educate and support families and caregivers as part of the therapeutic process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in Texas.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 7:50 am to 6:30 pm.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 2 years working with pediatric populations.
- Experience in pediatric feeding therapy is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Applications from experienced SLP-Assistants and Clinical Fellows are welcome.
