What sets us apart includes play-based education, emergent curriculum, anti-bias education, Emilio Reggio approach to teaching, social justice-focused, and muddy & messy.

Role Description

As a Mentor/Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for collaborative curriculum planning, providing students with individualized support, and coordinating teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences and complete daily classroom and community care tasks. You must work at least 35 hours a week, and at least 6 hours a day in the classroom.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $18-21/hour, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including growth opportunities, flexible schedule options, retirement matching, and a network health benefit plan.*
