Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at The People Link Corp. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans of care for patients, supervising physical therapy assistants and aides, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans of care for patients with a focus on general orthopedics and hand therapy.
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Deliver full episodes of care to patients, with an average of 2 patients per hour.
  • Manage your own schedule, including tracking patients who have fallen off their schedules.

Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Current Physical Therapy license in California.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
