Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and unique Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team at Invicta. The ideal candidate is someone who is fun-loving, authentic, and shares our passion for providing access to quality mental health care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Invicta staff, and school staff as needed
Requirements
  • MUST have a master's level degree in counseling with associated licensure
  • Prefer fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of Texas license
  • Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
  • Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
