Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Provider Enrollment Associate to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our Finance - Provider Enrollment department, you will play a critical role in facilitating the workflow and ensuring the timely completion of credentialing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
  • Orient, train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure a competent and productive workforce.
  • Schedule and maintain adequate staffing coverage to meet operational demands.
  • Coordinate with the Director to provide feedback on team member performance and implement necessary recognition and performance management/coaching.
  • Develop new electronic processes to increase efficiency and improve the credentialing process.
  • Monitor Apogee software setup and implement changes as required to improve process efficiency.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 4 years of related work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • NYS Notary Public required within one year (Per Diem employees excluded).
  • Notary Public required one year from date of hire (Per Diem employees excluded).
Working Conditions

This is a sedentary role that involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation

The listed base pay range is $19.25 - $23.00 per hour. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
