Requirements
  • Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in welding, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, verbal and written communication skills, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Self-Motivation and Direction: Self-motivated and self-directed, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
