Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled HVAC Maintenance Specialists to deliver exceptional service in both commercial and residential environments. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch care for their heating and air conditioning systems.


Work Schedule:

Standard hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime, evening, and weekend work.


Compensation:

Competitive salary potential reaching up to $100,000 annually, with our leading technicians earning over $50 per hour. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus of $10,000 and relocation assistance based on experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems in accordance with company protocols.
  • Address service requests and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively.
  • Install new HVAC systems in various residential and commercial settings.
  • Evaluate HVAC systems for optimal performance and diagnose any malfunctions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Document all work performed accurately and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Follow safety regulations and participate in required training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Technical School program plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (6-8 years of experience may substitute for formal education).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of equipment and troubleshooting methods.
  • Experience in making informed repair and replacement decisions.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain NATE certifications within one year of employment for a paid bonus.
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing techniques.
  • Universal EPA Certification is required.
  • Must possess necessary tools for the job.
