- Lead the Quality Management Team to address issues concerning patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintain an active clinical practice in Primary and/or Same Day Clinics, evaluating patients and reviewing clinical records.
- Function as a resource for consultation on complex or difficult patient cases.
- Graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
- Current MD or DO California medical license in good standing.
- Board Certification or eligibility in an applicable primary care specialty.
- Current DEA Registration.
- NPI (National Practitioner Identifier) number.
- Possession of a current BLS CPR certification or must obtain within six months from date of hire.
- Ability to oversee and lead a team of clinical professionals.
- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and stated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the delivery of clinical services.
- Minimum 3 years post-residency work experience providing primary care and/or urgent care to adults and/or adolescents.
- Experience leading a team of clinicians in a primary care setting.
- Clinical experience in a college health setting.
