A Typical Day:

Your main focus will be to assist customers. You will help them select from a wide array of wireless devices, suitable rate plans, helpful accessories, product insurance, and more. You will generate traffic by reaching out to existing or prospective customers through various communication channels. Completing required training will keep you updated on the latest products, services, and industry trends, equipping you for success in your role and aiding your development as a sales professional.

Responsibilities of a Wireless Sales Associate:


• Meet personal sales targets bi-weekly as established by your Store Manager.


• Represent Victra and Total Wireless positively while delivering outstanding customer service.


• Review daily promotions, plans, and devices.


• Conduct daily outbound calls and texts to boost sales using multiple platforms.


• Participate in weekly and monthly training sessions.


• Maintain a premier retail environment through cleanliness, merchandising, and organization.


• Handle all customer service interactions with courtesy and professionalism.


• Uphold cleanliness standards as they evolve.


• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Our Wireless Sales Associates earn an average of $24.50 per hour, with the potential for higher earnings through uncapped commissions. The estimated average maximum annual income is $58,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Compensation includes a base rate of $9.50/hour, with uncapped earning potential through commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the initial phase of employment.

Job Requirements:

We seek a Wireless Sales Associate who possesses a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a Premier Experience. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual/Spanish proficiency.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred.

Physical Requirements:


• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.


• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Training Requirements:

All Wireless Sales Associates must attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This training may involve overnight travel at the company's expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.

Additional Information:

This position is full-time and non-exempt.
