Post Acute Skilled Nursing Team Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all nursing care is delivered in a timely and respectful manner. You will also supervise and assist CNAs as needed, checking vital signs, dressing wounds, and performing other essential duties. Additionally, you will listen to residents' concerns, accurately chart their progress notes, and report any changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled nursing and supervision. They will possess a valid LVN license in good standing, along with CPR and BLS certification. IV Certification is a plus. The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
