We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager at Project Corporate Inc. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing financial activities and improving the comprehension of financial operations among non-financial personnel.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide accounting staff in the accurate recording of transactions
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for transactional and month-end processes
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and produce timely financial reports
  • Provide insights into industry best practices and identify opportunities for financial improvement
  • Negotiate insurance arrangements to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize costs
  • Oversee payroll processing through ADP and manage benefits administration across all divisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients, serving as a liaison with banking, auditing, and tax professionals
  • Monitor cash flow, improve cash management strategies, and supervise accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Promote technological advancements and process efficiencies
  • Collaborate with tax professionals to provide necessary information

Position Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership capabilities and strong communication skills
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting
  • CPA certification is preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel
  • Adeptness in adapting to and utilizing various software applications
  • Experience with industry-specific software is a plus
