Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in the Cabot, Arkansas area.

This full-time role involves working with a caseload of students in grades K-5. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning and progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
  • Arkansas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy
