Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care under the direction of a registered nurse, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion for our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure that all residents receive necessary care and services.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs, including call lights and requests for assistance.
  • Document vital signs, weights, intake and output, observation flow sheets, and other assigned charting in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in emergency situations, such as fires, tornadoes, and other disasters, and respond accordingly.
Requirements
  • Completion of a 120-hour nursing assistant course at an accredited program.
  • Current certification with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
