Job Summary
We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at My Gym. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading engaging and interactive programs for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years, incorporating songs, dances, puppet shows, gymnastics skills, sports, games, and other activities in a positive and non-competitive environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for children of various ages and skill levels
- Lead classes and activities that promote physical activity, coordination, and social skills
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective program
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a positive experience for all families
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred
- Experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 10 years
- Ability to lead engaging and interactive programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Compensation
$10-$15 per hour
