At DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing high-quality therapy services.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree and be licensed to practice in their field. Unlicensed or Master's level therapists are also welcome to apply, with the option for supervision towards licensure.

This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment, structured administrative support, and access to a best-in-class patient management system. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available for all licensed and full-time therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient-Centered Care: Provide evidence-based therapy interventions that prioritize patient involvement and empowerment.
  • Clinical Leadership: Develop and implement clinical procedures and guidelines to ensure high-quality care.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise Care Coordinators during initial intakes and provide ongoing training and support to staff and student interns.
  • Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referral information, ensuring seamless communication with the treatment team.
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
