Job Title: Die Maker

We are seeking a skilled Die Maker to join our team at Precision Metal Products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production dies, working with minimal supervision, and utilizing your expertise to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair production dies to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot die-related issues and implement solutions
  • Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve production goals
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a job shop environment
  • Strong knowledge of die maintenance and repair techniques
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
