Position Overview:
This nursing role is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Ebenezer provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive wages and exceptional benefits, with hourly rates starting at $ / hour. Shift differentials of $1.00 for evening shifts and $1.50 for night shifts are also available. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for addressing and fulfilling the physical, emotional, and psycho-social needs of patients in the Transitional Care Unit (TCU), while ensuring compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations at our Vibrant Care Center.
Work Schedule:
Part-time nursing schedule consists of 32 hours over a two-week period. Shifts include evening and night hours, typically lasting 12 hours, with a rotation that includes every third weekend and holiday.

The Lake City Care Center operates under the Mayo Clinic Health System, with daily management by Ebenezer, situated in a picturesque river city.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor personal care services to ensure alignment with individual care plans.
2. Administer medications and execute treatments as per physician directives and facility protocols.
3. Contribute relevant data for the formulation of care plans.
4. Assess and adjust care plans and resident objectives as necessary.
5. Document incidents, changes in patient status, and care provided.
Qualifications:
Required: Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree in Nursing - Registered Nurse.
Current RN license in Minnesota.
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers certification is mandatory upon hire. Candidates must show proof of enrollment in a BLS class if certification is not current.
BLS certification must be obtained within three weeks of hire to perform independent nursing duties.
0-1 years of experience required; 0-3 years preferred, particularly in TCU settings.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Point Click Care are advantageous.
