Job Summary
As a Front Desk Staff Assistant at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our valued guests. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and providing hotel operator and concierge duties. A college course work in a related field is highly desirable, while experience in a hotel or related field is preferred. You must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, as well as basic arithmetic functions. Additionally, you will need to possess the ability to perform numerical operations, use logic to define problems, and interpret information. An operational knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is also required. You must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will hold an understanding of hotel products and guest services and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming. You will also be responsible for maintaining regular attendance and complying with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, standards, and regulations. Key Responsibilities
• Register guests and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Make and modify reservations, as well as provide hotel operator and concierge duties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest stays and transactions
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as overall cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel and grounds
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may include helping coworkers in other areas of the hotel and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
