About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities in the Southwest Missouri region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain up-to-date on the latest wine and spirits trends, and continually expand your knowledge to inform and educate our customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that our inventory is accurately stocked and merchandised, and that our sales floor is visually appealing and well-maintained.

Requirements
