Salary: Starting annual compensation of $70,000, which includes hourly wage, commission, guaranteed overtime, and on-call duties.
Job Summary: In the role of Route Service & Sales Technician, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our esteemed clientele. Following an extensive training program, you will be assigned a specific route and represent our esteemed organization. During your visits, you will ensure that commercial dishwashing machines are operating effectively, perform necessary preventative maintenance, and carry out repairs as needed. Additionally, you will restock products, manage payments, and promote our cleaning and sanitizing solutions. You will be provided with a company vehicle and mobile device. Ongoing training will be available to enhance your skills and support your success.
Benefits:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Compensation: Competitive annual salary starting at $70,000, including hourly pay, commissions, and guaranteed overtime.

- Willingness to navigate stairs at various locations.
Additional Information:
- This position offers hourly pay along with commissions based on route size and growth.
- Quarterly bonuses are awarded to top performers.
- Uniforms consist of company-branded polo shirts, work pants, and non-slip footwear.
- A typical workweek includes regular hours and participation in an on-call rotation.
- Overtime compensation is applicable to this role.
