We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skate Monitor to join our team at AEG. As a Skate Monitor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our outdoor ice skating rink.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor on-ice safety and enforce our code of conduct to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Assist fallen or struggling skaters and respond accordingly to incidents or injuries.
  • Interact with customers daily and provide solutions to their needs, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Enforce our code of conduct while engaging customers and promoting a positive experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the skate rink and surrounding area.
  • Hand out rental skates, show customers how to wear them properly, and store them correctly.
  • Follow clear instructions given by on-duty supervision.
Requirements:
  • Must be a trained skater with strong skating abilities.
  • Must have their own skates and be able to skate up to six hours per day.
  • Must have strong customer service skills and be able to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
