Job Title: Physician Specialist We are seeking a skilled Physician Specialist to join our team at Marcos Medical Care in San Antonio. As a Primary Care Doctor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients. Responsibilities: * Perform physical examinations and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines * Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs * Develop and implement patient management plans, records progress notes, provides home-going instructions, and assists in provision of continuity of care * Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, and health maintenance * Maintain medical records * Oversee up to 3 PA/NPs Requirements: * Licensed in the State of Texas and valid DEA license * Bilingual preferred but not required Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/life/vision/paid vacation/CME Pay range is $250,000 to $300,000 annually. This position is posted on behalf of our partner practices, and the individual will be working at the specific practice mentioned in the details. They will not be a direct employee of Aledade, Inc. and therefore will not be eligible for the benefits available to Aledade employees.
