We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team at Beef O Brady's - Bourbonnais. Your primary responsibility will be to source, select, and grow a talented team of individuals who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and high-quality food.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to achieve sales growth and meet or exceed budgeted financial targets
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
  • Deliver superb guest experiences and fantastic food
  • Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests
  • Source, select, and grow great team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service, casual restaurant management position
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
  • Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
  • Minimum 21 years or older
