About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate physician to provide exceptional patient care in our critical care and trauma unit. As a Critical Care/Trauma Physician, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating critically ill patients, as well as providing leadership and guidance to our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage critically ill patients in our intensive care unit
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in critical care and trauma medicine
Requirements:
- Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or Trauma Surgery
- Current licensure in the state of Missouri
