Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing individual needs and providing compassionate support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neuro trauma care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland.
- Associate's degree in nursing, with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire.
- At least one year of relevant experience in orthopedic or neurological care.
- BLS certification, with ACLS preferred.
