About the Job:

Ultimate Visions Hair Salon is a dynamic and team-oriented salon environment. We are seeking a skilled Weave Stylist/Braider/Natural Stylist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform intricate braid patterns for weave installations
  • Expertly install weaves and wigs
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of natural hair textures and hair bundles
  • Provide exceptional weave maintenance services
  • Offer shampooing and blow drying services
  • Deliver high-quality haircutting and hairstyling services
  • Master the art of hair braiding
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
  • Previous salon experience is a plus
Requirements:
  • Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a fast-paced salon environment
  • Proven high-end customer service experience
  • Excellent attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Open-mindedness to learn new techniques and customer service strategies
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Desire to work collaboratively with a talented team

We are seeking a driven candidate with a strong retail sales background and/or a willingness to learn. Sales commission will be provided.
