We are seeking a skilled Toolshop Technician to join our team at IMS Gear Georgia, LLC. As a Toolshop Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, repairing, and inspecting plastic injection molds.

• Assemble and disassemble injection molds and stamping dies
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of injection molds
• Troubleshoot plastic injection molds as needed
• Perform basic repairs and replace standard components
• Operate overhead cranes and manual machines (lathe, grinder, mill, etc.)
• Organize work area and report all repairs and maintenance tasks in the system
• Follow International Automotive Task Force quality standards (IATF 16949)
• Escalate issues to manager and work collaboratively with the team
• Ensure safety rules and policies are followed and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Vocational or certificate training in a related field is desired
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with injection molds in a high-volume manufacturing environment is required
