Key Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will provide care to residents under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Your duties will include:
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs.
- Measuring and recording height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting needs.
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration.
- Observing residents' skin conditions during care and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse; providing necessary skin care.
- Addressing residents' mental health and social service requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CNA certification MANDATORY
