Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team at Wiggam Law. As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and attorneys by coordinating administrative tasks related to case management and client satisfaction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our firm, ensuring seamless communication and updates on case progress.
  • Accurately track time spent on each client's case and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete tasks as requested by attorneys, including drafting and reviewing client financial summaries.
  • Track case milestones and deadlines, communicating effectively with clients and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Collect and organize incoming correspondence and supporting client documents.
  • Send outgoing mail, email, or faxes as required.
  • Calendar case deadlines and close cases per firm policy and procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience with client-facing responsibilities in a comparable professional environment.
  • 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of financial terminology and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Google email, Adobe, and MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tax, Bankruptcy, or Real Estate law firm experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with great follow-through and a client-care focus.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively and efficiently with other team members.
