Radiology Technician

Work Schedule:
1st position: Tuesday-Friday 9a-7p; 2nd position: Monday-Friday 730a-4p
Your Contribution:
As a Radiology Technician, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional diagnostic imaging services to our varied patient population.
Your technical expertise and empathetic demeanor will aid in delivering precise diagnoses and effective treatment plans. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals and utilize advanced imaging technology. Additionally, you will educate patients on diagnostic procedures within the realm of radiologic imaging.It is essential to be knowledgeable and up-to-date regarding radiation safety protocols, as well as general and electrical safety, infection control, TB, and standard precautions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare for and assist the radiologist in executing complex radiographic procedures.
2. Prepare and administer contrast agents and medications in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
3. Conduct patient evaluations and deliver patient care.
Required Qualifications:
1. Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related discipline.
2. ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
4. Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
5. Ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
6. Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
