Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service to all customers and contribute to the retail and organizational mission by completing tasks and supporting overall goals. Your responsibilities will include greeting donors promptly, courteously, and with a friendly demeanor, assisting donors in unloading donations and offering tax receipts, maintaining accurate daily donation counts, breaking down donations into appropriate categories, processing hard goods as a priority, ensuring all donations are processed within 24 hours, and keeping the drive-through and work area clean, neat, and organized. Additionally, you will transport trash to the compactor or dumpster and operate the compactor as needed, maintain a safe and secure work environment, and adhere to safety policies and report hazards or injuries. You will also participate in activities outside of the store, as needed, and attend training sessions as assigned. In exchange, you will receive $42,000 annually, comprehensive benefits, generous paid time off, associate shopping discount, and more.
