Maverick Washington LLC is committed to delivering exceptional gaming experiences across our diverse portfolio. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cage Cashier.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Cage Cashier plays a vital role in ensuring smooth financial transactions within the gaming environment. Your primary duties will include:
- Welcoming guests promptly and providing outstanding service.
- Disbursing funds to the gaming floor and shift staff in accordance with established protocols.
- Processing checks in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Exchanging gaming chips for cash and handling various forms of payment.
- Accurately completing necessary documentation, including fills and credits, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with the Sonoma Player's Reward Club Program and utilizing the Fabicash Check Clearing System.
- Conducting soft counts as required.
- Assisting with additional tasks as assigned.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- A solid understanding of cash handling practices and familiarity with Washington State Gambling regulations.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in cash handling roles.
- A minimum of two years in customer service.
- Experience with the Fabitrack system is preferred.
- A valid Washington State Gaming License.
- Strong focus and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for working in a close-knit environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail for regulatory documentation.
