ASOTC Instructor

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a highly qualified ASOTC Instructor to join our team. As an ASOTC Instructor, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and writing doctrine, as well as presenting instruction to support Special Forces missions.

• Conduct research and develop doctrine to support Special Forces missions
• Present instruction to trainees on doctrine and procedures
• Coordinate and brief military and civilian officials on training plans and procedures
• Prepare, coordinate, and execute field training exercises throughout CONUS in both urban and rural environments
• Supervise trainees during field training exercises and provide feedback and guidance
• Ensure the security and integrity of classified documents and equipment
• Travel to CONUS locations as required by the company and/or the customer

• Minimum of four years of Special Operations experience
• Graduate of the ASOTC Course and Special Forces Qualification Course or Seal Qualification Course
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions and maintain a high level of physical fitness
• Knowledge of and skill in the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) approved Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
• Secret Level Security Clearance for access to classified information
