Shop Service Technician

Sullivan Tire & Auto Service is seeking a skilled Shop Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our commercial service center, you will be responsible for mounting, demounting, balancing, and repairing commercial and other tires and wheels.
Key Responsibilities- Perform tire service operations, including wheel refurbishment and painting, tire foam fill, and tire/casing receiving, moving, and loading.
- Operate company vehicles safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect tires, equipment, and vehicles before and after service.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Accurately document work performed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with DOT medical card.
- Tire Industry Association (TIA) certification.
- Prior tire service experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift 125lbs.
- Positive customer service attitude.
