Capital Resolution Strategist

At Fifth Third Bank, we're committed to making banking a better experience for our customers. As a Capital Resolution Strategist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and regulatory compliance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain capital plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess capital adequacy.
Collaborate with finance and risk management teams to optimize capital allocation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in capital planning, resolution planning, recovery planning, or a related field within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to capital, resolution, and recovery planning.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience working on projects independently and cross-functionally.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
