Job Title: Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Our community integrated mental health center is seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Nashua, New Hampshire. This is a full-time position in an outpatient setting, working with adults and older adults with dual diagnosis in mental health and substance abuse.

  • Provide direct patient care, conducting evaluations and follow-up appointments

Requirements
