Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as its Director of Clinical Services. This is a part-time opportunity for an RN/LPN to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest quality of care and service standards.
- Develop and implement wellness programs that promote resident health and well-being.
- Provide direct resident care and medication management as needed.
- Conduct thorough health assessments and create individualized service plans for each resident.
- Lead and direct the Wellness Department, ensuring compliance with state and company guidelines.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Committees to drive resident care management, infection control, and safety initiatives.
- Serve as the Infection Control Coordinator, adhering to OSHA safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a management position in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods for geriatric care.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new applications.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local adult care regulations.
