Head Baker

James Coffee Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to lead our bakery operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery, including menu development, production, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new pastry and viennoiserie menus
• Lead a team of pastry chefs and bakers to ensure high-quality products
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional baking experience
• Existing Food Handler's Certification or certification within 30 days post-hire
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
