About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Androscoggin Home Healthcare + Hospice. As an Audiologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality hearing healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Hearing Assessments: Administer audiometric tests to diagnose and determine the type and degree of hearing impairment.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Provide personalized treatment plans to patients, including the selection and fitting of hearing aids and other assistive devices.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records, including diagnostic reports and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • Doctorate in Audiology: Possess a doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution.
  • Current Audiology License: Hold a current Audiology license in the state of Maine.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
