Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen, the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country. As an Appointment Setter, you will work on-site at our premier retail partner locations throughout the St. Cloud area, engaging with prospective customers and booking appointments for a no-cost consultation with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
