Position Details:Hours: Full-time, between 30 to 40 hours weekly
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify mental health issues.
- Design and implement personalized treatment strategies to tackle psychological and emotional difficulties.
- Provide therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance client progress and achieve treatment objectives.
- Maintain precise and confidential records related to client progress and therapy results.
- Stay updated with the latest practices and research in psychology to ensure top-quality care.
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in North Carolina.
- Preferred experience in clinical environments, especially with pediatric and adolescent populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse groups.
- Initial Screening: A brief 10-15 minute call with our recruitment team.
- Virtual Interview: An in-depth session with the hiring team to evaluate qualifications and fit for the position.
- Offer Stage: Offers are typically made within 24 hours following the virtual interview.
