About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HVAC professional to join our team as an adjunct faculty member at Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and wants to contribute to the growth and development of our students.
Job Description:
- Teach students in our 9-month HVAC training program, covering topics such as basic electrical and safety, basic and commercial refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning.
- Provide academic advising to students and assist the program director as needed.
- Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation ceremonies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience in the HVAC field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven individual.
- Prior teaching experience preferred but not required.
