NAPCO Security Technologies, a leading manufacturer of electronic and mechanical security systems, seeks an experienced Senior Vice President of Information Technology to drive strategic leadership and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition from legacy systems to modern ERP solutions, evaluating cloud-based infrastructure and software components.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on process improvement, automation, and digital enhancements.
  • Oversee the logical and physical safety of systems, networks, and data, ensuring data accuracy, system availability, and threat mitigation.
  • Identify and operationalize emerging trends in digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and create a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the technology field, with 10 years in IT leadership or management.
  • Experience in manufacturing or related industry with international operations; experience in migrating to modern ERP solutions and infrastructure preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of current security protocols and threats; advanced proficiency in IT methodologies and user acceptance best practices.
  • Project management experience and ability to prioritize; demonstrated experience with as-a-service, cloud-based, and outsourced solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
