About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead Team Sport to join our team at DICK'S SPORTING GOODS INC. As a Sales Lead Team Sport, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

  • Support the store leadership team in achieving sales goals and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15 to 35 pounds items repetitively.
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
  • Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.
