Job Overview:
CROSSMARK is actively seeking a part-time, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our expanding team. As a member of our organization, you will support our esteemed grocery clients. We provide comprehensive online training and educational resources to ensure you are well-prepared for your role. Representatives work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Work Schedule:
Enjoy evenings and weekends off with a daytime work schedule from Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with store management and staff.
- Merchandise, reset, and replenish store sections in accordance with the plan-o-gram.
- Capture before and after visit photographs and upload them to a mobile application.

Required Qualifications:
- Availability for shifts from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to multiple stores within a territory of up to 75 miles.
- Previous retail experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with plan-o-grams is preferred.
- Daily access to the Internet and a mobile device is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
