The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial services, with 15+ years of relevant experience and 8-10+ years of managerial experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and enhancing governance processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and control
• Designing and implementing integrated policy structures and governance frameworks for client financials
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Business, and Technology to agree on interim and end-state governance and control requirements
• Building partnerships with senior stakeholders to ensure participation in the design and implementation of governance requirements
• Identifying and enhancing key controls and ensuring monitoring tools are appropriate and effective
• Providing support during regulatory and audit engagements
**Salary:** $185,000 - $315,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
**Location:** Getzville, New York, USA.
