The California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility is seeking a highly skilled Staff Services Analyst to join our team. As a Staff Services Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the facility's operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to facility staff, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with facility staff to identify and address operational issues and implement solutions.
- Provide training and support to staff on facility policies and procedures.
- Assist with the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as administration, operations, or healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
