As an IT Systems Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include the administration and monitoring of company servers, backups, workstations, networks, and other critical systems.


This position entails coordinating system upgrade initiatives, which involve implementing the latest software versions, deploying new systems, and providing training to users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain cloud applications, including Azure AD and Office365.

- Manage applications such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and SQL Server.

- Assist with the setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Servers.

- Support the administration of security applications, user training, and the company's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) platform.

- Communicate system-related issues to fellow IT team members and management.

- Develop and maintain documentation specific to systems and adhere to ticketing procedures.

- Administer and uphold computer systems and related policies.

- Troubleshoot server and application issues, coordinating with vendors as necessary for resolution.

- Provide additional IT infrastructure support and project assistance as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or at least two years in a similar role.

- Industry certifications or equivalent work experience are preferred.

- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server operating systems (2016+).

- At least two years of experience managing Active Directory and related services.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of managing critical issues to resolution.

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

- High level of confidentiality in all business dealings.

- Familiarity with network and IT system environments, including protocols (TCP/IP), equipment, and services (DNS).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.

- Experience with Microsoft Intune is a plus.

Work Schedule:

This position is classified as exempt under FLSA guidelines and is not eligible for overtime. A typical work schedule requires the ability to work 40 hours per week.

Occasional travel to remote facilities may be required.
