About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead our team in North Mankato, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving results, developing staff, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach others to achieve results and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop staff through interviewing, selecting, and training employees and help them develop personal growth opportunities.
  • Monitor workflow, observe equipment, and maintain systems that produce high-quality and detailed products; help correct malfunctions and foster a spirit of cooperation between departments.
  • Work with Team Leads to achieve results by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities for the day and monitoring progress, and reporting results on production summaries.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Shift Details:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm; Monday - Friday
  • Occasional overtime as needed

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills to share process changes and improvements with team and facility leadership.
  • Experience in performance management (coaching, managing team performance, employee development and process improvement).
  • Ability to move through the facility for up to 8 hours at a time, to monitor staff, operations, and operate equipment as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-high school degree
  • Minimum of two years of leadership experience
  • Experience in web-to-ship delivery processes
  • Production or warehouse experience
